Metallica goes Hollywood for ‘Through the Never’ movie

(Photo: Carole Segal) Producer Charlotte Huggins (Journey to the Center of the Earth) was impressed not only by Metallica’s raw talent but also the musicians’ respect for each other. “If all rock stars are like the guys in Metallica, then this is definitely an industry I’d like to be part of,” she says.

Amateurs beat Hollywood to make first Edward Snowden movie

Hollywood crew films movie at the Plymouth Trial Court

“He’s mostly the catalyst [of events] affecting all these different people around him; it’s more about the vignettes,” Lee said , describing the film’s focus as split “50-50” between Snowden and the city of Hong Kong. Rather, the film is intended more as a homage to Hong Kong by a group of expatriates who love the city. “We tried to give Hong Kong the limelight we think it deserves,” Tse said. Describing a “very muted response to the Snowden affair” from Hong Kong and the Chinese central government, Lee also acknowledged an underlying political critique in invoking the Ministry of State Security attache.

Little Round Top figures to be one of the most popular destinations Tuesday. No place in Gettysburg has become more popular to visit in recent years than the hill desperately defended by the 20th Maine Regiment on July 2, 1863 Day 2 of the three-day encounter in one of the key moments that ultimately led to Union victory. Thank a Pulitzer-Prize winning novel, a Ken Burns documentary and Hollywood for turning the Maine soldiers and its commander, Col. Joshua Lawrence Chamberlain, into Civil War stars 150 years later.

Hollywood helps turn Gettysburg hill into top site

Kobi has been in several commercials and a TV show pilot and looked forward to meeting the Iron Man star.
